No mainframe experience yet? No worries—we’ll train you.

Selected candidates participate in a 12-month paid training and residency program designed to prepare you for a long-term career in mainframe technology. You’ll begin with 6 months of immersive, full-time training, starting at $20.00/hour, after 3 months increased to $22.50/hour, followed by a 6-month paid residency at $25.00/hour with on-the-job mentorship.

After relocating within the U.S. (based on placement location) to start your residency with a customer, you’ll gain real-world experience and, upon accepting an offer for permanent employment, you will earn a $5,000 Program completion bonus.
