LaunchCode FlexPath is a self-paced, self-guided learning experience that utilizes software development curriculum built and hosted by PluralSight - a LaunchCode partner. FlexPath allows learners with flexible schedules to move through technical training video modules quickly and enter LaunchCode’s Liftoff career coaching and job placement program at their own pace. This accelerated path is ideal for those looking to fast-track their journey into the tech workforce, have at least 15-20 hours a week to spend on coursework and thrive in a self-directed learning environment.

LaunchCode FlexPath may be right for you if…

• You prefer a self-paced, independent learning environment where you can control your schedule. 
• You’re comfortable with self-guided learning via video modules and don’t need frequent one-on-one instruction or support.
• You have a busy or variable schedule that makes traditional classroom programs challenging.
• You’re confident in your ability to problem-solve independently, with access to limited help desk support from LaunchCode staff and a community slack channel when needed.
• You’re motivated to learn quickly and apply your skills in the workforce as soon as possible.

Participants who spend 15-20 hours a week on coursework should expect to complete the course in around 4-6 months. 

LaunchCode FlexPath acts as an on-ramp into LaunchCode’s Liftoff program, which connects candidates to job and apprenticeship opportunities. Learners must complete their coursework and pass all graded assignments and will become eligible to enter the Liftoff candidate pool at the time they pass the course.
